At His Table

And I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred one on me, so that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones... Luke 22:29-30.

At his table I know that the victory is won; I know that it is finished; I know that my sins are forgiven; I know my sickness is healed; I know that I am surrounded by favour; I know that his storehouse is open to me; I know that I am a recipient of his power; I know that my youth is renewed.

The whole purpose of the cross and the ressurection was so that the Spirit of God could fill our lives. I can now do all things through Christ.

To approach the table in an unworthy manner is to be unaware of the full assurance of what he has done.
